Ian Patzke Photography is based in Southern California and specializes in
architectural photography and video documentation.
As an international photographer and videographer, I have worked with clients of
all sizes such as Gensler, Swinerton, Sony, DGA, Jonathon Segal, LPA, Miller Hull,
OJB Landscape Architecture and Jorge Gracia; documenting projects from private
residences, office complexes, medical facilities, apartment complexes, luxury high
rises, hospitality, and an assortment of commercial projects. My work and clients
have been recognized and published in a wide variety publications including DWELL, Arch
Daily, Deezen, Apartment Therapy, LUX Magazine, San Diego Union Tribune, and
the Wall Street Journal. More importantly, I have helped my clients win numerous
awards such as Golden Nuggets, AIA, and Orchids; as well as having given valuable
content for successful RFI’s and client bids to help facilitate and create growth for
their companies.
With a degree in architecture and as a successful working professional in
architecture, my company is able to give a valuable perspective and understanding
rooted in education and practice that sets me aside from others in the field.
Architectural documentation isn’t just a unique journey that I have undertaken,
but incorporates a deep focus, calling and passionate intention in my work. Not
everyone is able to see and understand the effort and beauty that goes into a
functional built environment, my purpose is to bridge that gap in an artistic,
refined, and unique style.
